March 2023 update
The Murdock Trust has generously awarded our full grant request in the amount of $139,000 to fund the remaining costs of the structure!
Construction is planned to start June 2023 and to be completed early September 2023.
May 2022 update
Thank you for your generous donations during the paddle raise! You raised over $94,000 towards the cost of this new multi-purpose outdoor structure in the arcade! With anticipated construction during the 2023 summer months, the budget for this project is $380,000 including a $60,000 construction cost contingency.
$150,000 match announcement for the paddle raise!
A group of retired Kiewit employees who have a strong and generous support for our local community came together to support our school w ith a $150,000 match for the school’s new multi-purpose outdoor structure. A very special thanks to the Ed and Dollie Lynch Fund, Joe Pauletto and others. Thank you to the Mains family for procuring this generous donation!

This permanent outdoor structure built on the west end of the arcade will cover half of the blacktop. At 5,600 square feet, it’s about the size of the inside of the church.

This pre-engineered metal building will have electrical services providing lighting and convenience outlets. It is expandable for future needs.
